Blogging or Writer’s Block And What To Do About It

Blogging or writer’s block can happen at any time in a blogger’s life online. With so much going on in my personal life and more so with my work online, it is any wonder that I can still have energy to write at all.

I think it is all a misconception in this day and age that we can do it all and do it great. The truth of the matter is, we can do one thing great. One thing great done blogging without losing perspective; to continuing with the writing and updating one’s own blog.

After all, I knew this starting out that it won’t be easy. There will be days that blogging or writer’s block will eventually arise and attempt to stop me from doing anything productive. Days like today when all I really want to do is not write and just give up.

I just have to believe that all my work is not a waste, that I’m doing this thing called blogging because I love it. That continuing to maintain this blog is another yes to my goals, yes to my existence and how I add another portrayal of it. Results come in unexpected avenues when I least expect it. Results that will come in time.

Simply blogging out my thoughts clears my head and renews and affirms my motivation and determination to maintain this blog all the more.

It is not easy. And it is all the more gratifying when I push forth past that wall and continue onward.

When I hit the wall, I need to leverage its reality for something greater – a spring board for the next inch, the next step to more blog entries and content on this blog. Blogging or writer’s block is just a normal part of a blogger’s life and it need not be avoided or feared. Do it and just write and the words will take care of itself.
