Blogomator Auto Adding Content “Trends” To Blogging For Cash

I signed on to Blogomator last month. See here: http://bit.ly/aP74nX

I initially just activated my Twitter Adder feature and it has been automatically finding and following specific twitter users that are in the blogging and make money online niche. My Twitter followers have been slowly growing in the targeted and focused niche.

Just yesterday, I activated another powerful feature that automatically adds content from the web in the specific keywords that I input on it.

“Trends” keywords are input into this feature within Blogomator. It then finds when such keywords become hot popular trends across the net and automatically posts a short blurb as content on this blog linked to that main article on another blog. And automatically posts a new link to my blog of this same article in my Twitter page.

Since yesterday, I added about 50 keywords to this ‘Trends’ feature, all relating to blogging for cash, blogger success and twitter.

It has only been one day and I have already gotten 12 posts auto added to Bloggersum.com. And the same number to my Twitter page.

So far they seem related to the keywords that I input earlier, but I need to look at them more closely and see if this is good or not. More content is good if it adds to the quality of the blog or Twitter. Dilute it and it hurts the progress of growth and success.

I will let this new dimension of auto adding content run for a few days to see how much content is put up and how good they are in terms of quality, and how well related they are to the keywords I input in the first place. And lastly, how compatible is this feature and its auto posted content are to Bloggersum.com and its long term objectives.

Making Blogging Easier in 37 Ways is…

I was reading Daily Blog Tips today and came upon, 37 Ways to Make Blogging Easier by David Turnbull.  http://www.dailyblogtips.com/37-ways-to-make-blogging-easier/ It is short and to the point. Just what I need especially when I am short on time and ideas. I can just pick one and go with it for the day.

Blogging Easier in 37 ways or 3 ways can still be difficult especially when I don’t have somewhat of an idea of what to write about and what my blog is all about. And that goes to the foundation of my blog: why am I blogging and how do I do it and if I follow it all.

And so again, I discover to my dismay what expert bloggers and skillful masters have been preaching not to do. A habit so severe and so ingrained that it is one of my root cause mistake that makes blogging difficult. I try to reinvent the wheel each time and every time. I assume the position of a newbie acting as a master. A newbie blogger with lots to say and saying it wrong or not at all in the right format that fits this platform. To free, too choosy and too indiscriminate in aiming for the goal without a set foundation, a set strategy and a model to follow. Yes, this makes successfully maintaining this blog hard to manage. And hard for it to become of age in personality and character, fitting this blog’s role and purpose.

So what is this blog’s purpose again? And why am I blogging at all? Know the answer to these two questions and “the how and the when” will work itself out in the end.

I will aim for simplicity and work from there.  I have to redo this whole blog and allow Bloggersum.Com to become a collection of my summary experiences as a blogger online.  Then perhaps, 37 ways to make blogging easier can easily be acted upon and updating content becomes a joy and not work.

Free Wordpress Plugins: Top 3 Plugins For Internet Marketers

The free open source blogging platform Wordpress continues to be a popular tool for internet marketers who want to create websites fast. Though feature rich, an out-of-the-box Wordpress install lacks some features that many internet marketers rely on. Fortunately, there are many free Worpdress plugins that provide these features. Here are three of the most popular.

Keep in mind, before you install any of these plugins, you’ll want to make certain you have the current version of Wordpress installed to avoid any errors or possible vulnerabilities. The latest upgrade of the platform can always be updated at Wordpress.org’s main site.

All In One SEO Pack – Although blog traffic can come from many sources besides the search engines, there’s no doubt that free natural search engine traffic is still very important to the success of any website or blog. With the All In One Seo pack plugin, your Wordpress blog will be automatically optimized for onsite SEO. This plugin saves hours of time over tweaking themes, options and individual plugins to acheive the same results.

Please note that because the search engines often change the way they rank pages, you’ll want to have the most current version of this plugin. Check back frequently on their main site to make sure your plugin is up to date.

Adsense Plugin – This plugin has been around for a while, but it is upgraded to work with the current version of Wordpress. Seems the popularity of adsense never goes away, even if the earnings per click have gone down over the past few years. If you want a quick and easy way to get adsense or even Yahoo Publisher Network ads showing up on your Wordpress blogs, and you want an easy way to control where they show up and how they look, this is a must have plug-in. The learning curve is very fast with this plugin, and users will enjoy tweaking the settings to increase ad clickthroughs and profits.

Remember though, Adsense isn’t your only option for monetizing your blog. You can also run paid ads yourself by dealing directly with other sites that want to advertise. Though more profitable, it is also more time consuming.

FeedWordPress – Feedwordpress is a plugin that takes rss feeds and creates full pages out of them on your blog automatically. It should not be used alone, as your site will start to look like a scraper site. When added to a blog with original content though, it can greatly increase traffic to your site.

A couple of warnings though, the learning curve with this plugin is high and you need to make sure you have permission to use the rss feeds you program this plugin with. Most sites that have rss feeds available also provide a copy of their terms of service for using the feeds, so be sure to check those out. Not complying with another site’s TOS can lead to nasty emails or even a cease and desist letter, so consider yourself warned.

Wordpress Lessons Review – Discover How to Make Money With Your Wordpress Blog

Are WordPress Lessons right for you? If you want to make money on the internet, read on and find out.

A WordPress blog is almost a must-have these days, especially if you want lots of traffic and high search engine rankings. Google loves blogs because Google loves fresh content. And if you set up and run your blog correctly, Google will love yours too.

I was a total newbie when I started my first round of WordPress Lessons, taught by Mike Paetzold, and I have to admit that I felt a bit overwhelmed. There was just so much information. I barely got my blog set up before the course was halfway over. And Mike wants us to have our blogs up and running BEFORE he even gets started with the actual lessons.

But a funny thing happened. As I went back over the material and asked questions, which Mike patiently answered, in detail, it started to fall into place. By the time the course was over, I had a blog up and running, and was happily blogging away.

So how do WordPress Lessons work and what will you get?

It’s set up as a membership site. In that site, you get everything you need (blog files, plug-ins, etc.) set up ready for download and installation. There are videos that show how to do it all, plus PDF file checklists. The lessons themselves are held as webinars.

The idea is that you install your blog before things even start, but newbies rarely manage to do it all. No problem. Mike helps, in the forum, through his help desk, and live during the lessons.

In the lessons, Mike helps us to set up our blogs so that the search engines will love them and list them where people can find them. And he helps us set them up so that they’ll run smoothly.

And how to make money. In fact, one lesson was entirely devoted to ways in which we could monetize our blogs. And not only the various ways, but also strategies to maximize the income from them, i.e., which ones to put where, what kinds of promotional tools to pick, and so on.

Of course, without traffic there won’t be any money, so an entire lesson is devoted how to drive traffic to them and build a list.

In the last lesson, Mike looked at our blogs, and helped us make them look more professional, work better, and make more money. And since the lessons were in webinar format, we could see everybody’s blog as he talked about them and were able to learn from each of his case studies.

So should you consider taking WordPress Lessons? You might want to seriously consider it if any of the following applies:

You want a blog to promote your business

You want to build an internet business

You have a blog that isn’t doing what you want it to do

You want to earn (more) money with your blog

The last one is what WordPress Lessons is really designed for. Mike makes a full-time living with his blogs, and he’s very open about sharing the good, the bad, and the how-to.

Any drawbacks? The first go-around can be challenging if you’re a total newbie. But if you’re willing to stick with it and work hard, you can do it, and you’ll get all the help you’ll need to make it happen.

Another drawback? With all the trouble-shooting and the individual questions, the lessons can get a bit tedious at times. But I’ve never considered tuning out – the info I got was just too valuable.

So even the drawbacks are actually pluses of sorts – too much information means when you’re ready for it, it’ll be there for you to make use of. And Mike’s patient and elaborate answers are worth their weight in gold, especially if they answer your own questions.
