Blogging For Cash Green Drunk, a NO NO

It has been a month since my post: Blogging For Cash – 31 DBBB, where I listed what I needed to do to update and polish this blog. You can see the post here: http://bit.ly/bZa30q

I listed 7 things that I needed to do. So far, I have only done the first one on the list. I updated the blog template theme and that is it.

February came and I got really busy with family stuff. It is safe to say that the whole month was spent away from this blog. I was able to do some posts, but I was far from doing what I needed to do.

And here I am in March and St. Patrick’s Day – March 17 is around the corner and my blogging for cash plans have yet to lift off the ground.

If there ever was a time that I wanted to get green drunk – it is now especially this month of March. Drunk to unwind and ease my sorrows? Or for a flash of enlightenment, perhaps? Drunk blogging success, is that even possible?

Drunk in stupidity is more like it. Drunk for all the right reasons is stupid as any shrink or sane person can tell you.

The privilege of the “drunk experience” in any color is never a good thing for any reason. Getting plastered does not get you back on track or a positive healthy start to any venture.

And besides, St. Patrick would never approve just because I’ll settle for green hair and clothing. Nor would any self respecting professional blogger that treats blogging as a business.

Getting drunk and puking in green bile is not attractive at all. Well, perhaps to a freaky Leprechaun.

So yes, I can always go out and celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with green glee and just as green accessories with friends. And still reclaim my momentum, and then get back on track in what I need to do. A few drinks with merry cheer with good friends and family is a good thing.

Blogging for cash in green dollar bills will be my inspiration to get proactive once more and get going. A positive start in the right direction with a focused plan will get me far ahead in reaching my goals.

This month of March is my getting back on track month and I am excited once again. I’ll need more than my lucky charms and the three leaf clover to pull it off.

I’ll simply have to stick to the plan and work it to the bone. Saint Paddy- my patron Saint, more green success for me please.

Blogging For Cash, My Valentine

blogging for cash valentine Will you be my blogging for cash, my lovely valentine? Whispered he did into my ear. And with that a dream kiss followed that literally curled my toes and up awake I came to.

Whoa, such a dream… With so much to do in my blogging and my personal life, it is any wonder that my dreams are getting weirder and strange as time goes by. Stress and too much time doing without relaxing can do that to you.

I can only relive my dream and smile this coming Valentine’s Day especially since I have no special someone in my life at this time. In a way, I am thankful as I don’t have much time for myself and certainly not much left over for anyone special.

Cupid must be flying above with that proverbial arrow and pointing it at some other people. Blogging and having one’s words and thoughts flying into internet space makes this experience a kind of free for all, where I am here and there, but really invisible.

It is safe to say, that my special someone is this blog. How to get the two of us to mesh and be one. LOL. I really should get out more.

So for those who indeed have a special someone, take a time out this Valentine’s Day or some time after it and dedicate the whole day to her or him or family. Be that special someone in their lives truly for that single day. A life outside of blogging for cash or being online will enrich your work and give you more ideas to make the work more easier and enjoyable.

And if you are like me without that special someone, then go out and meet your friends and pals. Get a good meal, have a few drinks and enjoy life as it is. Reclaim yourself, your self love and love some more. Your special someone will show himself or herself in time. This time is focused on your blog – so give it all your love.

One of my favorite motto is: Live, Love, Be – in all that you are now! We can only be ourselves now and start from here.

Be my Valentine, my blog!

3 Biggest Obstacles To Blogging For Cash Successfully

Fact By The Foot What are the 3 main obstacles that block my blogging for cash successfully? I had to take a major step back and really honestly ask myself this question. The answers surprised me and has given me a way to find solutions to them. To stop focusing on the wrong actions, to change how I do things.

It is so easy to get trapped in the cycle of daily actions that have no positive results. At least not the kind of results that takes one to the next level – showing results that are measurable, repeatable and deliver rewards.

It is said that to acknowledge the problem/s is the first step to minimizing and overcoming them. So here they are.

1. Perfectionist
I find myself spending hours, even days on a particular task. Be it creating one blogging post or updating the blog theme. Trying to make it just perfect. I lose time and energy on a losing battle since the results seem to be never perfect enough. There is no perfection when it comes to learning, to practicing, to building a successful blog. I must learn to take action quickly, see results and tweak them along the way.

2. Multi Tasking
Multi tasking to speed things up just ends up with too many open projects and lists of to do’s that never gets done. I have to Multi task on simple tasks, never on major projects that need to be focused at one at a time. Blogging for cash successfully is a process, not a speeding contest.

3. Start and Finish
I realize that I have seldom succeeded in this online business venture because I have never started one project and seen it through to the end. Starting and finishing one project will yield results and allow me to move from one level of experience to another, from one level of profit margin and going upwards.

Focusing on the wrong set of actions will yield the same mistakes and get me no where. I will resolve to do better. To not get stuck with being a perfectionist and to tweak and improve with the process. To not multi task all projects and focus on one thing at a time. To not leave things unfinished – to start and finish what I start.

I hope to learn from my mistakes and finally make this year, my year of blogging for cash successfully.

Here is what I’ve learned in this simple exercise: Promote proactive actions by leveraging on mistakes in order to succeed fast.

Don’t just dream or talk about it, BE IT!
